The main focus is on owner representation, conception, letting and asset management, which can be offered together or if required, as individual packages.

We work side-by-side with the owners as a pure service provider or if it is wished, as a Joint Venture partner with an equity participation. In addition, we advise retailers on their expansion strategy and search for the ideal retail space for them.
